When you choose anything from Ai Free Publication, you are granted a perpetual, lifetime license. That means it’s yours to use forever, but strictly on one specified book of your choosing. The logo will be unique to your book and non-transferable, ensuring exclusivity and integrity. Each logo will include a small but visible ID number embedded directly into the design. This number is specific to that particular book and helps protect your work and others by preventing misuse or duplication.
To ensure transparency and traceability, we maintain metadata associated with each purchase. This includes the purchase date, author name, book title, and ID number. All securely stored by us and also linked within the QR code for future reference.
The QR code, you will receive is a personalised, black-and-white QR code. It is available in 3 different styles for you to choose from. The QR code can be inserted into your book’s interior (by us or yourself) It should be ideally positioned on the copyright, dedication, or acknowledgement page, or even at the back of the book. The QR code is more than just a symbol. It links to a Proof of Authenticity page with your purchase verification details. It will also also link to to four additional URLs of your choice. These could include your Author website, Facebook profile, Booklinker page, BookHub, or any platform you wish to direct your readers to.
⚠️ Please note: It is essential that all URL destinations you provide to us remain active. If the links are or become broken, the QR code becomes ineffective, defeating its intended purpose as a tool for proof and promotion.

Once you have completed the purchase form, and we have reviewed your options/choices, we will email you your purchased files directly to you, and you are free to mount them yourself:
- Place the logo on your front or back cover.
- Insert the QR code into the interior of your book at the front or back.
For those who prefer a done-for-you option, we also offer a low-cost add-on service: simply email us your book’s cover design (front or back) and/or the relevant interior page(s), and your chosen logo and QR code positions we will mount the logo and QR code in the locations you specify. The finished files will be promptly returned to you by email.
